Story:  Birdie - (September, 1983) - This Gnome has found three treasures in his own backyard: a golf ball, a coin and a chickadee. The Chilean coin depicts a condor, the highest flying bird. If a golfer can hit the ball as high as a condor flies, he'll get a Birdie (one under par).

Comes without COA and Story Tag.  Gnome is in excellent condition.

This retired gnome was sculptured by America's premier sculptor Thomas F. Clark, Ph.D, of Cairn Studio, Ltd., Davidson, North Carolina. Dr. Clark is also the lead artist for Cairn Studio and is the most prolific sculptor in the figurine industry today. Each creation is hand-cast in a compounds of resin medium and is individually hand painted, antiqued, and highlighted.
