Offered is a Coro costume jewelry, gold-filled Butterfly brooch / pin with 35 crystal rhinestones and 2 faux pearls. The pin has a safety clasp closure.
Coro with © and Pegasus. Coro, Inc., was founded in 1902 by Emanuel Cohn and Gerald Rosenberg in New York. By mid 1920s Coro was the largest manufacturer of costume jewelry. Coro ceased production in 1979. Coro, Inc. produced jewelry that is avidly collected today, especially their intricate older pieces, their duettes and sterling pieces.

Brooch is 2 13/16" wide by 1 5/8" long.
Very good, vintage condition with 2 missing rhinestones, one missing pearl and rubbed gold wash. This vintage, costume jewelry would be nice for the jewelry repair person.
Jewelry is placed in a zip-lock plastic bag and a cotton-filled jewelry box before being placed in packaging for shipment.
