This 2005 lapel / hat / vest pin features the FRA logo for the Fleet Reserve Association, a sea service organization of U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corp and U.S. Coast Guard personnel who have retired to the fleet reserves after serving 20 years.  

The FRA Logo has red and blue lettering enameled / lacquered over a silver-tone metal.  The fastener is a butterfly clutch push pin.  The pin is approximately 3/4" wide by 1/2" tall and is in excellent condition.

These souvenir type pins are great for swapping at various conventions.
