This 75th Anniversary lapel / hat / vest pin represents the Fleet Reserve Association, a sea service organization of U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corp and U.S. Coast Guard personnel who have retired to the fleet reserves after serving 20 years.  This pin commemorated the association's 75th anniversary in 1999.

The pin has silver lettering of red and blue enameled over a silver-tone metal.  Written on the pin are:  1924 - 1999, Fleet Reserve Assn, Loyalty, Protection, Service, USN, USMC, USCG, 75.  The fastener is a butterfly clutch push pin.  The triangle shaped pin is approximately 15/16" wide by 1" tall and is in excellent condition.
