This pin is the official Hallmark KOCC (Keepsake Ornament Collector's Club) lapel pin for 1991.

The round pin has green and red enameling on gold-tone metal.  On the back is marked Hallmark Cards, Inc.

The approximate measurement is 1" in diameter.

The pin / brooch is NOS (new old stock) and comes in its original box.
